Hanne and Jasper very kindly took us to Louisiana. There wasn't room in the car for all of us so Jasper and I cycled the 27kms there in a good tempo. A fairly beautiful ride along the coast. \]Now Jasper is in his 50s and I'm not and he nipped along at quite a nice clip, so nice in fact my legs felt pretty heavy when we got there. In my defense I haven't done any exercise for 2 months (I really can't wait to get back on my bike!)
Now Louisiana is a museum of modern art right on the coast looking at Sweden across Oresund. A spectacular setting and some art that Ben and Finley could climb one. Excellent. Delia and I had a wander round the museum while Hanne and Jasper looked after the kids. Now I can't remember the last time that happened.

Our next little adventure was a drive to Roskilde to visit the Viking Museum. This was a cracker and the 5 Viking ships they pulled up from the Roskilde harbour and reassembled were remarkable. Outside there were plenty of activities like a blacksmith making lots of amazing stuff and a woman making ropes from reeds, another woman melting tin and making different things in moulds.

And Finley
We literally had to drag Ben away after several hours. After that a lovely lunch at a friend of Hanne's. Hanne had been psyching herself up for days and when we got home she recaptured the trampoline record with over 250. Very impressive.
That was our last full day and the next morning we met Hanne's son Andreas at his college for breakfast. He's living at an amazing college only for descendants of resistance fighters from World War 2.
Then it was time for a stroll through the old town. What a picturesque city. Then it was time to catch the train to Karlskrona and visit Delia's uncle. Our 10th country!
