London Part 5
The next day we slept in all the way to 6.30. We had decided to take it easy as we were a bit shagged out from the last two days and early starts.
So it was to Camden market for a bit of handbag shopping (Quiet you lot! It was for Delia). We were also intent on tracking down a Monkey Magic T-shirt to match the Pigsie one I had which had been purchased at the very same market. Sadly no Monkey T-shirt, but blimey Camden market is much bigger than I remember.
After that it was a chance to meet up with Delia's mother's group from London from when Ben was a baby. What a lovely afternoon spent in the parks of Ealing and we also managed to stop by outside the attic flat we lived in for 3 years.
Our home for 3 years and Ben's first year of life was the top window
The following day we went out to Gerrard's Cross to visit Delia's aunt, Did, and her cousin Penna and Penna's daughter Olivia, at Didi's 400 year old farmhouse. Another lovely day.
Another day this time Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace
Changing the Guard (they were getting a bit whiffy!)
They came over for a chat and we talked about the weather. Of course we did!
